David is a registered systemic psychotherapist with over fifteen years of experience.

In 2013, David developed an online mindfulness course in conjunction with a number of mindfulness experts. This has been used widely across Ireland by hundreds of participants who have experienced the benefits of mindfulness for themselves thanks to the ‘Inspired Living’ course.

When David’s mother was diagnosed with lung cancer caused by smoking, he was inspired to create a smoking cessation program. He spent three years researching how nicotine addiction affects the brain, and researched the most successful methods for quitting smoking. ‘Aspire’ is the result of three years of hard work and David is delighted to be able to offer Aspire to the employees of Mindlab’s clients.

David also consulted with Trish Murphy Systemic Psychotherapist, Rachel Henderson a licensed Hypnotherapist, Dr Breige Mc Nulty a lecturer in Nutrition in UCD, Dave Peelo and Jeff Caffola who are both personal trainers, to ensure that this smoking cessation program was the very best it could be. Each of these experts has been responsible for bringing a unique perspective to the Aspire program.
